At one point I suggested we leave the concert and drive to the park. I said "I've really gotta go and they have a washroom at the park" So we drove down and I approached the washroom door...and it was locked. I looked at her and said "Who the heck closes a park washroom on a Saturday!" She was rolling around laughing on the hood of my car. I said "this isn't funny, it hurts!" She laughed even louder and said "Yes, it is funny!" Empathy appears not to be one of her finer traits!LOL
yeah, she told me I should wear diapers when I come to Unionville! Smart aleck indeed. I also mentioned at one point this weird profile picture I saw on FB and she said "this from a man whose profile picture is a frog giving people the finger" I said "hey, I've changed that!" The best part in all of this for me is that it seems the bigger jack ass I make of myself the more she seems to like me! She also told me today that laughter is always the best medicine. I said that crying was pretty good too. She replied "You can only cry about the same thing (missing her son)so many times before you have try something new!" Have I mentioned I really like her? LOL
Ahhh - a woman who knows the importance of doing 180s. Good stuff.
Now Wii - just be careful. If I went years without chocolate I would eat so much I'd puke when I got it again. We don't want you getting sick again. LOL
She sounds really good for you. Just what you need. Relax and enjoy.
Wii: Sometimes in order to move forward we need to know that someone else finds us loveable. Because our spouses sure killed that feeling for us. It boosts our self esteem. We know that we are still "ok".
She likes you. I think that is wonderful. I hope this pushes you forward and you can put your life with your ex in the past.
For me - a divorce was necessary. I did not do it for moral, ethical or legal reasons. I did it for ME! I did it because it gave me the closure I needed.
I hear ya! hey, guess who just sent me a friends request on FB today? Any of you who want to meet her can go to my Friends list and look for for a first and last name that starts with an N.
Hi Donna, I have a few friends on Survivors who are also FB friends. I'm Barbie's bf (the long word) and I live in a House in the Wood. It's a thick forest out there!
