Again, I don't see anything wrong with buying little gifts at Christmas etc. I am probably in the minority here but I still believe on some level we are still family and always will be family. We're not the family we were before but I think it's right to show respect and caring in some small way. Now, it's easy to say and I know my M ended in a co-operative manner and others haven't. I respect those who just feel the hurt was too much and they can't. But, if it's possible to show our children that this is the way adults behave when life doesn't go their way, that's an invaluable lesson. Of course, there are other ways of showing that too. Anyway, just my thoughts on the matter.
