Keep reminding myself that the only cure for this is time. Wish time would hurry up. Struggling a lot with anger at his selfishness. Non-productive, but I can't stop it. The smallest thing will trigger anger. It's not whether we feel the anger or not, but what we do about it when we feel it. Acknowledge it, accept it, maybe even dwell on it for a bit...then force your mind to go to a less volatile place.
