Can my relationship be saved, part 2

As I mentioned, he was pretty cranky at me yesterday - not sure why, as I've basically just said, "Ok, I'm gonna get out of your way and let you pursue OW."

Today he's sent me 3 emails about our refi. Here is one string that I would like input on.

Him -
"You qualify for the refi on your own and I would be on the title until we divorce, and then I would come off when the court awarded the house to you. There is no change in payment, interest rate, or anything else.

Given that nothing changes, I think it's best to not have us entangled in this way. Please let me know if you disagree - I plan to call Wes this afternoon and tell him to change stuff around."

Me -
"If that's easier, it's fine. Thanks for taking care of it.

I'll get the stuff from your other email taken care of today/tomorrow."

Him -
"Thank you for the quick response. I will call him back and start that up. I should have the last of my parts today or tomorrow as well.

I checked and I did not send you a text about the daycare bill - I had started one but Riley was talking and I forgot. I'm sorry and will strive to be better at that."
