In order for the ride to stop, Get off the coaster. I noticed in my situation that the less i knew, the better i was. Live for yourself. Be someone strong, independant and charming. If he doesn't notice you then, maybe someone else will!!! Hard to believe but time does help. Give yourself a day off from your pain. Very hard to do but possible.
