Got some good sleep last night - in bed by 11, asleep by 11:30, a full 8 hours before the alarm went off. Nice!

No dreams about H - in fact, I've only had 2 dreams about him since I discovered his affair.

Did have a dream about one of my really attractive co-workers. So that was nice.
