so you've made the decision.

now take some time and let this sink in. dont sign anything for now. get comfortable with what is happening.

if you havent yet, get your own lawyer and review what she is asking for.

you will feel like you'll sign anything just to make it end, DO NOT.

only sign what you feel is fair, like i've posted elsewhere, when you sign its done, there is no changing without agreement from both parties, and it sounds like for now she wont.

you may have to use the lawyers to come to a reasonable agreement between the 2 of you. this is ok.
