I'm sorry for being so sarcastic. These WAS's have zero ability to behave like a responsible person when they are so wrapped up on their 'new' life.
This is your time to take complete control. I understand your reasons for not wanting to push the D through. Since he is still paying all your bills, you are definitely getting a better deal than you would if the D were finalized. Have you gotten training for a new career so you can work full time and pay all the expenses? You need to be prepared because one of these days, your H's GF is going to push him to finalize the D so she can have him all to herself. Trust me, it happens all the time. If you don't have your financial situation under control you could have a serious problem.
Look out for you and your girls as if H is no longer living. If you do that then whatever surprise he decides to pull on you next won't hurt so badly.
