We did have an agreement in place when this all went down last year and we still agree that it is a fair deal for both.

She won't leave until I come up with the money to buy her out and she knows I can't force her out.

She did suggest splitting the house in half and we can each live in separate parts and split the bills down the middle. I told her I didn't think that was a good idea and let me see about getting the money together first. The only positive I see in this is it would give me more time to get the 60K together to get her out and if we split the bills 50/50 then that would give me time to pay off my cc debt and be debt free by the time she does leave. Plus the kids are about to start school and I wouldn't like for this to come when they start school.
