I suggest removing every "I find it interesting" I saw it in many spots.
Country, after putting some thought into this, I sent my attorney an email this morning to change, "I find it interesting" to "Clearly" or massage it as need be.
In fairness to you and anyone else following along, I will try to post the XW's declaration later this week. It will make more sense as to why I included many of the things in my declaration. It was to prove the untruthfulness of the statements my XW was making about me, as I am not only denying her accusations, I am providing supporting documentation, (ie, receipts, bank statements, phone records, etc.). Oh yes, and about 20 declaration statements from people, that included, our children’s pediatrician, our pastor, a coach, some church members, friends, my nephew and my sister. My XW’s credibility will get shot right out of the water. The sad part is, I think she believes everything she said. The selective memory of a WAW.
Here is a short text message exchange between my XW and I last night:
XW: Can you talk?
XW: To Me?
M: About?
XW: Nevermind
M: OK
That’s it. I have no idea what she wanted to talk about. I suspect it is about our upcoming hearing.
Her and her L have no idea what they have coming.
