I have yet to have to deal with the legal side of all of this, so seeing what you are going through is interesting.

If do have few comments.

I will preface by restating that I do not have experience with the legal side of all of this.

A general observation is that I see a lot that I do not see as having an importance to the children.

My advice is to seek another review by your L. Ask your L what they believe will be meaningful to the court. It is my guess, there are parts of this I would guess the court will not use in it's decision.

Like or not, it is a no fault state, and the case has nothing to do with whether it was right or not for her to leave YOU.

This is just about the children.

Now, after only one quick read, just one specific bit of advice. But again of course, take counsel first.

I suggest removing every "I find it interesting" I saw it in many spots.

It either is or isn't.

I do not believe the court will care what "you find interesting"
