Thanks CS. My X was supposed to have all of her supporting documentation filed today and I haven't received anything from my attorney, so I suspect that nothing was filed. I didn’t expect her to file anything.
I am currently typing my declaration and have over 20 people providing statements in my support. My X thinks she has custody in the bag. Come Wednesday when I file, she will be in for a big surprise. She is not going to know what hit her. It will be a MACK truck loaded with the truth.
Her L is a jerk too. I’m sure he told her that we don’t have a chance. I would love to see his face come Wednesday when he gets our documentation.
