I'd like to check both locations to ensure our kids receive the proper help they need, whether they are with me or with my X.

Our court hearing has been moved up to August 2nd, so I think it is possible that I might get them back for school.

Thanks CS. My X was supposed to have all of her supporting documentation filed today and I haven't received anything from my attorney, so I suspect that nothing was filed. I didn’t expect her to file anything.

I am currently typing my declaration and have over 20 people providing statements in my support. My X thinks she has custody in the bag. Come Wednesday when I file, she will be in for a big surprise. She is not going to know what hit her. It will be a MACK truck loaded with the truth.

Her L is a jerk too. I’m sure he told her that we don’t have a chance. I would love to see his face come Wednesday when he gets our documentation.

I am done with my declaration if anyone might be interested in reading it. It is very loooooong. I rebutted just about everything my X stated about me in her ex parte declaration. Talk about defamation of my character.

I still want to include additional information, however we only have 2 more days to file and I want to give my L sufficient time to prepare for it.

2step, I will be getting with you on the therapist for my kids.
