Old timer...I love all the Chinese stories. Do you remember the one about the 5 chinese brothers? a story that was read to us as kids??

So...I try to check in here to update. I 'wince' a bit. I remember I used to be here everyday for hours, searching for answers and hope, etc.

XW and I only communicate on a need basis. Most communications remain with email and texting. We CAN talk on the phone re: issues related to the kids but, it still turns my stomach a bit (hey, I can handle it). LOL.

XW is still with her new dude. Been over a year now. I can probably thank him for the extra time I had with the kids. I rememember how scared I was that the other man would assume my role as father. Well, Kerry K was right. He didn't. Ofttimes the kids don't want to leave to go back to XW.

I had to go back to family court to straighten out stupid child support issues. I had been paying XW directly and when the CSU kicked in, since they hadn't seen all these payments, I was labeled as being in arrears. I have a petition filed now which should straighten this all out.

I will never get used to going to that horrible place. I stand in line with biker dudes, prostitutes, dertbawls...and...hey..maybe someone can explain to me why women go to court with their boobs hanging out and cameltoes. Why is that? Impress the judge???

Finally, I am coming up on one year in my work and things look good. I am making my bills and climbing out of debt. Now, I just need to find someone to share this with.
