OK, here's where my day went all WTF?

My 10 mile run was hard. I never thought it would be my legs quitting before my lungs (I'm asthmatic). Still ran the whole way and sprinted at the end, but I was seriously low on energy after mile 7. Good thing I had running partners.

Here's where the day went all WTF on me... boys and I went to Humane Society for family volunteer training. They separated parents and kids. Twenty minutes later someone came in and said 'is S12's mom here?'. I thought, well he has a semi-common name, but I asked, 'curly haired kid?' Yeah. Turns out he fainted and hit his head on a table on the way down. He was fine otherwise but has a big lump.

Called his M and told her. This is the second time this has happened in a little over a year, so she's concerned. From what I can tell, as long as the kid is acting fine, just observation is needed. Ended up calling an urgent care clinic both to appease his mom and just to make sure I was right. I was. Other option was ER if there were certain symptoms. Liker I said, he's fine but big lump in the head.

While this was going on, I missed a text from W. Here's where the big WTF comes in. Her text to me read:

I am tired of the emotions and everyone thinking u r the good guy. Either we meet in the next week and talk about us or I have my lawyer serve divorce papers.

I just stared in disbelief. I had no idea where that came from, it was completely out of the blue. Told myself whatever and hung out with the boys a little more.

Had dinner plans at MIL/FIL at 5. Went there and MIL's sister and family were there along with SD and BIL/his W and 2 kids from NY. Had a great time catching up since I hadn't seen them in a year. Grilled, ate well, had wine, BIL took pictures and showed S14 how cameras really work. Very enjoyable evening.

As I was getting ready to leave, I shared text message with SIL to see if she could make sense of it (she's an IC herself). She told me not to take it personally, it was due to something that happened earlier that day. It sounds like W wanted to have dinner at her mom's since everyone was visiting, but MIL said that the boys and I were coming over. Don't know how it was said or conveyed, but W took it badly and left crying. At least that semi-explains the text. At this point, I just think she's f'ng crazy.

Oh, I never responded to the text. I do want to ask her what the hell she wants, but I really don't think she knows. If she wants to push D, I honestly don't care. She has much more to lose than I.
