Thanks fellas. I happened to be taking the kids to Chuck E Cheese's when I got the call. Talk about getting this difficult news and being at one of the most challenging places to hold myself together. I had to excuse myself a couple of times.
It does suckk, but I will live to fight another day. Our hearing has been moved up from Sept 13th to August 2nd, but of course her L is not available that week.....conveniently. I will use the time between now and then to put my case together.
KD, the order doesn't state the reason. The judge just signed it and added some comments about them starting school in NM.
I know that I need to start another thread, but I'm not quite up to it right now.
There is plenty to update. Thankfully my STBX agreed to giving me until tomorrow to send them.
