Also, certain people just aren't moderated. They could say anything violate any TOA and they are untouchable.
Once unmoderated you remain unmoderated unless you break the TOA. Some people I have on my watch list. How's that for honest?
As much as I don't like the notify button. If someone breaks the TOA...click the notify button, and a message is sent to the moderator, that is the best way.
