I'm not sure Country. My L was reading it to me while skimming through it. She is preparing a response to file by tomorrow, so I don't want to bother her until that is taken care of.

This is what I gather, my STBX was responding to the letter that was filed with the injunction and her L filed the response without editing her rebuttals.

You know, I was expecting her to call me in complete craziness when she received the injunction. She's been pleasant since I hung up on her. That might be per the advice of her attorney.

Yes, Cali is a "no-fault" state. That's why I thought it was silly to include. Even if it was in response to my letter. Not that I'm complaining.
