I just got off the phone with my L. The papers have made their way to my STBX. I am not sure when they were received, but she didn't call me in a state of rage. Surprisingly.
She has hired counsel and has responded to the ex parte. They are trying to get the judge to reconsider the grant. Her and her L are claiming that we frauded the court. I wish that I could remember everything my L read to me. There was something in there about me not working on our M, watching football, working too much, stooping so low, being an absent father, etc..etc.
Anyhow, they have requested that the hearing be moved up immediately.
My L is in the process of responding to their request. She has already left the judge a message letting him know that she is offended of the fraudulent claim.
I guess the gloves are off. I'm fine with it.
TBH, I feel better this week than I have since the bomb hit. Even before the bomb hit. I feel like I'm back to myself...just better.
This is the first post that I have called the mother to my children, my STBX. I am ready to move on and I am going to embrace this next chapter in my life. I hope that it is with my kids staying here in Cali with me.
