I say this is probably my biggest 180 as I have had this for over 18 years, and W met me with it. W even said over the years not to shave it off........... Next biggest 180 is not pursuing or fixing

Seriously though, doing this has made me feel really great today.
On the other hand though, after the increased communication from W this week I was kind of looking for some more, but after thinking should I reply to W's email about D14 getting her hair cut I thought NO.
Email didn't need a reply, I classed it as information only
plus, as others have said, carry on doing what I am doing, I believe it has had an impact.
W calling yesterday evening and leaving a vm message, is off the chart for what W HAD been doing. W would have previously communicated through the kids or waited until she saw me, plus she seemed to be scared to talk to me previously.
May mean nothing, may mean something, either way, I carry on doing what I am doing and moving forward
