I learned a couple things last night

#1- I am too old to be out partying like this

#2- I am over the club/bar scene

#3- It is very irritating to be the sober person in a group of drunks


I went with a friend to an outdoor concert last night, and it was a lot of fun. The music was great, the weather was perfect, and I was enjoying myself very much.
I made myself a pact that I wouldn't get drunk and I didn't. I had one drink all night, and then stuck with water.

My friend, on the other hand, proceeded to get wasted and I ended up taking care of him last night.
I didn't get home until 3am, and then the sirens woke me up at 5:30. Needless to say, I'm tired.

It is going to be a long day.
