The LBS tends to believe what the WAS is spewing from their mouths. My Stbx said she wanted to D 8/09, again in 5/10. We had a brief attempt at R 11/10 then she said she wanted to d again in 1/11.
The anticipation of opening an email from her drove me crazy. I thought "Is this the one where she tell me she went to a lawyer". That feeling can really eat you up. The best thing to do is prepare for the possibility that the WAS will do as they say. Accept the M as you know it to be over.
I got tired of her indecisiveness. I told her she needs to file by 7/15/11 or I will.
Life is so much better now that I don't have any expectation from STBX.
