Last evening a guy hit my car with his SUV while i was backing out of the store parking lot. Now driver side door got jammed. Usually i am on edge when they happen. Worried. But not yesterday. I was cool. Yup, i did get upset with the guy because it was his mistake. Called up the insurance. Now gotta wait and see what they do...
Then at home my laptop charger dies on me. At this point i am thinking that i better not do much and instead go to sleep. There are days when you warning signs that things dont go your way
Nope, being the handyman i thought i was, i rigged up another power supply and hooked it up to my expensive laptop. A minute later i realized that i made a mistake in the connections. Too late....Now i also have a busted laptop....
ugh !! Oh well when it rains, it pours...
Now i have an excuse to buy a new laptop.
On the other hand...wife calls me up in the morning all upset. Today was appt for daughter eye checkup. I kept telling wife to get an appt with a pediatric eye guy. But she kept telling me how this other clinic was. Well apparently they goofed up so bad today with daughter, she blew up on them. She was still upset and wanted to vent. So she called me. I listened. Said that its okay. That sometimes these things happen. Not much talk. Then hung up. Its funny that in situations like this, i am still her husband. But in others i am not...
oh well....
