I might have missed it, but I'm wondering what kind of therapist you have. The fact that you can go on for days just find, and then explode a bit, and then regret it, makes me wonder if you are bipolar, or have something else going on that needs to be diagnosed. I am not qualified to do that, and even if I was, online is not a place to make a diagnosis--it's just that your posts triggered me to ask that question. I hope you will explore all of those options available to you. It might just be behavioral, but it might be more than that, and you should set yourself up for success.
