I mailed a straight-forward letter to my wife yesterday (so, she'll probably get it on Monday) just mentioning my regrets over porn (the only specific thing in the letter), how I should've been more honest instead of being caught up in porn, how I should've handled stress better, should've learned how to listen, express, handle stress better, treated my wife more as an equal, and how I should have owned my decisions, even the wrong ones.
I hand-wrote it, and as 25 suggested, kept the specifics to a minimum. I ended the letter with: "If I had to do it all again, I would do it all so differently."
