Why must you be so specific in your apology? Why not own that you should have handled stress better, not been so critical and maybe specifically mention the porn and say that it had nothing to do with her attractiveness (so you are inserting a compliment into the letter while owning a piece of bad behavior that won't cost you custody).
Any physical outburst will hurt you in custody matters. Talk to your L BEFORE sending this but let your L know you'd love a recon, ideally.
