All newbies are on full moderation. That means no one can see your posts until they are approved by the moderator. While we strive to approve posts within 24 hours, it isn't always possible, and in the last few weeks, less so. Hopefully, that will be improved.
Unfortunately, it is unavoidable at this time. It isn't a permanent situation, after a good posting history, members are able to post without being first approved.
