thing is, she has seen 3 lawyers already. She did not want to file.
Her h is saying things that reveal possible intentions that would damage her financially, and place her son's future at risk.
Not to mention the weirdness of the life ins question...
She has to protect herself and her son. Her h is, at best, spending too much, & diminishing the martial assets rapidly.
Those are assets that are partly hers and her son's...we are worried that rys is taking too long to protect herself b/c she's afraid of rocking the boat.
I fear the boat is sinking and you need to get to shore.
