Glad to hear the house update. Hopefully, they will do the repairs and WE can all move in.

I think it is a good move you letting his lawywer take his time. I would not even call YOUR lawyer (why add to YOUR legal bills). Allow the process to run it's course while you keep moving...rather steppin...foward with YOUR life.
