Well, I went with my edited version, taking out the first two sentences. Hopefully she likes it along with the pictures I sent.
I had a nice short visit with W to drop it off. Kind of sad, she had all of this stuff in her car which was from her dad's office. Her and her mom cleaned it out the other day. Man, that had to be TOUGH. I don't know what to say, so I just tried to validate and show compasion.
W was very appreciative of the gift to her mom, mentioning a few times how nice it was of me. I also brought her the pale and shovel I got D when I took her to the beach, along with a hoodie.
W said she would send pictures, but noted "they won't be as good as the ones you send." She said how great my photos are, how she saves them all and how her friends at work say they look professional. I said, "that is nice of you to say." She said, "no really!" "You should persue photography" I said it was a fun hobby.
Along with the music, she said how I was "getting in touch with my creative side." How great it was.
Anyways, we smiled at eachother and spoke friendly to eachother. The compliments were nice to hear.
I'm sure there will be some text and pics over the next couple of days and then I will see her on Sunday when she drops off D.
Right now, I just feel like having a couple beers and playing guitar. A complete mind refresh....
