I would not try to get in between your daughters and your wife. They are all adults and can make their own decisions and form their own opinions. This is not something that will be resolved quickly.
The fact that your wife did not want you to move out of the bedroom is a good sign for the moment. In fact I would not move out of the MBR at all. If she wants to move out then that will be her decision. Stand your ground, keep up the detachment.
I am not sure how much you have learned about MLC or bipolar. I hope you understand that you can not FIX this.
