One thing that seems like a given, is they ALL say how happy they are. Or at the very least, act as happy as possible.
I can't say what is true or not of course but the old saying of believing none of what they say and 50% of what they do really applies here.
You staying positive and upbeat is definitely the best thing you can do. No one wants to come home to a miserable person.
Keep it up. I know at the beginning it feels like we are faking it. But SLOWLY, it becomes natural. It becomes real.
Thanks, Country. I needed that reminder right now. I saw her being a train wreck on move day, but she has SHOWN me a 180 over the last few encounters. I think lately at times I have had no problem staying upbeat and positive, but other times it takes a little more work. Today was one of those days it took a little more work.
