This happened with me too, but really it does help with the detachment. Why should you file? Will it change anything? I doubt it, and you will be back in the damned if you do damned if you don't sitch because she may say you bailed on her??? Don't make any rash decisions. Focus on your daily goals and stick to those. I know this is painful. I hurt every time I see H, but I don't let H pull me back on his roller coaster, my own is just fine.
Breath in, breath out, sometimes that is all that you can do.
