Punkin,
Your xh is just like mine was. Now, here's the thing, if you have a house full of furniture prior to marrying him, you are not obligated to give him nothing for it, nor can he make you auction it off. You know, I really would like to know where the heck they get this idea for auctioning stuff off. You know what I told my lawyer? I'm not auctioning anything off becasue you do not get fair market value.

I have to laugh about about what he listed..fry daddy? I am not at all surprised that he came into your home this week. You better do another walk thru and check everything over good. Also, change the locks or he'll be back again. Any money or jewels missing? Check your kitchen cabinets, what about towels, etc.? I'm not being funny, I had a lot go missing including froze chicken and veggies that I had bought since he had left.

I'm sorry he's been such a putz, but it's all about them and what they feel that they are entitled too. Please do not allow him to talk or threaten you into auctioning anything off.

Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to.
The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
