I bought some art supplies for my kids to put together cards. I also bought them each a hallmark card for the W and another for their grandma(yes, my MIL that I have such warm feelings for).

From me, I got her a simple card (from the friend section) wishing her happiness and love on her day(NO, not love from me, just in general). I also included a gift card to one of her favorite restaurants.

This is what I wrote.

I just wanted to thank you for blessing me with two beautiful children that bring so much joy to my life. Have a happy mother’s day.
