I had a really good date Friday night - Since she had to let her employee go and that employee was the one that had prepared my office payroll checks, I was concerned about who would do my payroll checks. C said that she could do the checks and would have them for me when I came over on Friday night. It was my intention when I went over to not stay over Friday night even if I got back late. I went over right after work and instead of going out to eat on the way to the bus we just nuked a left over pizza she had. While fixing the pizza I asked her if she had done my checks and she said that she had not had time to get to them but that we could do them in the morning and said that since we would be getting in late from our date that I would be there in the morning. I just looked at her some and she repeated that since we would be getting in late that I WOULD be there in the morning. I said that that would be fine. and we just chatted and talked some as we ate the pizza.
We then drove to the pick up point for the bus trip (the Disco Party Bus) to check out the area Christmas lights. The sponsor of the event was a Singles club where we met on a club trip to Destin, Fla. Since we were married we did not go on many events and all our friends from the club did not know of the Big D. Well when we were talking to new club members on the bus C described how we met through the club and got married a year later but she did not say anything about the D. Later when we were talking with another couple from the club I was asked how long we were married, I responded with saying “well we were married on ______” and that kinda answered their question. We had a really good time on the trip and got back real late then drove back to her place.
At her place we went to bed and just cuddled some and went to sleep but no ML. In the morning I got up and fixed her some coffee and we just talked some. She was saying that we could just warm up more pizza for breakfast, but I really did not want more pizza and so I went into the kitchen and took stock of what was there then made some biscuits and cooked some eggs and link sausages. Was a big hit with her she was hungry and did not feel like cooking. We then went downstairs to the computer to run the checks for my office.
After the Checks, she wanted to take a shower and strongly hinted that I take one with her, which I did. Helped her wash her hair and did some hugging and kissing in the shower. Then helped her dry and brush her hair. She moved to the bed to brush her hair some and I joined her and in a few minutes ended up with a beautiful ML.
After that I helped her brush her hair again (it got a little messed up earlier) then we chatted some more before I left for home. She thanked me for a nice date Friday night and for a nicer morning Saturday and for ML.
The rest of Saturday I went to watch my grandson at his middle school wrestling match and then went shopping for more junk for Christmas. Sunday I just cleaned, washed clothes, and otherwise just goofed off. You have to do that (goofing off) some.
All in all a really nice weekend. Looking forward to Monday. I took off work to do the hair styling school thing - it should be intresting.
