I would steer clear of any D talk with the kids.
They don't really want to hear it, 'cause it's not comforting.
The only thing they should be sure of is that,
mommy and daddy are "very sorry" about it, and
none of it is the fault of or because of the kids.

You'd be surprised how many youngsters blame themselves
for mommy and daddy splitting up.
