IB, that is a great idea for a new business!

Punkin, I'm hanging in there, just livin' my life. Thanks for asking.

Have a great day!

A massage parlor, or a MASSAGE parlor?

Well, if it's in the courthouse, it would save expenses as far as travel and bail are concerned, not to mention the whole enterprise of massage, arrest, bail, and court appearance could be done in as little as 15 minutes.

If it's my STBXH, you can cut 2 minutes off that time. LOL

I've got to add a note about upcoming court date. In my effort to mentally prepare myself, I have reminded myself to avoid intimidation by visualizing certain people in the courtroom as being in their underwear. I'm sure you have all heard of this technique.

I find I have no trouble whatsoever visualizing H's L this way. To begin with, he is short and dumpy, given to grandiosity, and simply just not a good lawyer. Now, I like this man personally. His Daughter used to babysit for us. He's just not a good L.

As for my stbxh, the once self-described 'sexual Tyrannasaurus' (now long extinct) is no great shakes either. And he doesn't wear underwear, so this could be a problem. I could begin to laugh and be cited for contempt.

Between this, the massage the day before, and the Xanax I plan to take before the hearing, I may need bail.

Any takers???

Ya'll really want me to get arrested, don't you? smile

My lawyer, on the other hand could get me into some REAL trouble. (38, 5'll", Adonis) If court cases were won on looks alone, I'd have this one in the bag.

Went to lunch with BFF today, and she looked over my proposal, and thought it was good, so I turned it into the L while I was in town.

Taking two of my stepgrands to the park tomorrow to feed the ducks and play. Sunday, after church, I am going fishing. The dogwoods are blooming so the bass and catfish should be biting. Sorry about that snowstorm, Rhode Island!!

Punkin,
Sounds to me like your lawyer could win every case. I'm glad you dropped your proposal off and will now have a relaxing weekend. Enjoy the fishing! (No better way to relax than sitting and waiting for the fish to bite.)

Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to.
The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.

Oh Punkin, I love to go fishing! I've spent many happy hours doing that as a kid and adult.

Good luck, hope they're biting!

Thanks for the good fishing wishes.

I had a terrible night. At one point, got up and thought about turning on the computer and coming to this Board. Just strange dreams. Not nightmares, just strange and disturbing. Disjointed conversations with H, with friends, etc. Hard to discribe, but everytime I closed my eyes, they returned.

I'm sure it was just my overloaded subconscious spewing.

No time for that now, I've got to get ready and pick up my two grands for a few hours in the park. smile
