Glad you checked in. It hasn't been the same without you. Sorry to hear about your stich. Tough times but you know the old saying, God doesn't give us any more than we can handle. I'm not a very religious person, but I truly believe this.
Keep getting yourself stronger. YOU can do it. Your H is stuck and is very confused. This MLC thing stinks BIG time. I'm here for you if you need.
