So why are you paying for her insurance?

Cause I'm a shucker? I don't know...I guess because I told her if she needed anything to just ask. This is the first time. I guess I should have said no and make her struggle a bit. But I just don't have that in me. I am a giver. That would also drive her away if I told her no.

Holy crap!!

My W and I have been talking in email for about 20 minutes. She basically told me that money is even tighter then I thought and that if her D didn't get a job, she will be forced to sell her car. We've been talking about her D and the maytag washer. I can see the reason she was so "to the point" with her first email was becuase of her money situation and that her daughter isn't helping. When she left for lunch, she told me she was going home to let the dog out and "Talk to you soon". THAT is a positive step. That is going in my good for me column. This is how I need to keep conversing with her for a while.

She also told me that she is disgusted with this situation with her daughter if I couldn't tell (no job, late for work when she has one, etc..) I replied back to that one with this..

I can hear it in your words. I am trying to help her to be a little more responsible...When I reminded her of her appt she missed with the manager, I told her she needs to remember things like that. So she is going tomorrow to speak with him. But this class might be a better option...I guess I would need to help with her car note if she does this.

Just know you don't have to go through this alone. I can help on my end. I know you are frustrated, at not only her, but the entire situation. Things will get better.

I think I am about to feint!

She responded to me when she got back from lunch to what I said about her daughter. I then asked hor the dog was and told her I almost bought a Chihuahua yesterday because I miss George so much. Her response was this...

"What?! Don’t do that. We need another dog like we need a hole in the head. Well, I guess it's not we anymore. That's up to you. Just remember, George is the exception. Other Chihuahua dogs are yelpers. Very annoying. He was fine. He peed pooped and ate. It was a big hour for him."

She slipped there but didn't erase it...What does that mean?

It means you're reading too much into everything she's saying and doing. Stop that.

You shouldn't pay the insurance. Not only does your wife need to feel the consequences of her decisions, but your daughter is an ADULT, and rescuing her like this isn't going to teach her anything about dealing with the real world.

Sounds to me like it's time for BOTH of them to find their BGPs (Big-Girl Panties).

The second night of power 90 was worse! I am so out of shape.

Just finished cleaning the house. Finished a bottle of Crown...Actually, there was just 2 sips left in it lol...I think I might need to go to bed now.
