Doesn't matter. You had an A and I believe you said it was physical. Hers was as a result of not having her emotional needs met. Let's put it this way. She thought a crackhead was a better alternative than you. That crackhead gave your W emotionally what you didn't. How does that make you feel?

I'm not condoning what she did by any stretch. But if you want to R your M you are going to have to learn compassion for your W and not have a "holier than thou" attitude. It's come out many times from you in the past and shows that you really haven't changed.

Both of you did wrong. Both of you need to work on it. NOT just her. NOT just you. If you don't learn to forgive or to show compassion, then you might as well speed up the paperwork now. Learn to respect each other or you will build up resentments towards each other.

Don't pity her. Show her compassion and understanding. It's what she felt was missing between you and her and this is the perfect opportunity to show her that you do understand.
