BITS, thanks for the clarification. I thought the card was a bit much, but sometimes in life you just have to say, "what the f**k" and do something out of the norm. Frankly, I don't think the card was such a bad idea. But, the overall ruling seems to be that it would not be a good idea. So, I will let it pass.

Lotus, I am not sure about your idea either. I think it may be a bit to soon to start asking for dates. She is nice to me, but there are some pretty deep waters just under the surface. She can go from nice to pissed in about 4 seconds which leads me to believe she still has some very serious issues to deal with internally.

I don't know yet what I am going to do. I will spend tonight thinking it over and live with my decision no matter how it goes. What do I have to lose at this point? Not much, really. She is pretty dead set on not coming back, so I don't think I need "to walk on eggshells" around her any longer.
