Get out and do something, anything. Go for a jog, walk, work out. Clean the house but do something productive.
I know how hard that is but FORCE yourself to do something other than sit around thinking about something that has no answers right now. And before you know it, it will be evening and then you can try and go to sleep which ofcourse is another issue.
One minute at a time, one hour one day. That is going to be your life for a while.
I posted on Islanders page that there are no short cuts or anything we can do to make this much easier but there are an infinite amount of things we can do to make it worse.
Easier said than done but you know we got your back S2D.
