I also would like to know why the edit button doesn't work.

After much thought, I responded to H's email of the 17th, as follows:

FYI- this is no longer my email account. I just came back to check and saw that you had emailed twice, once in January and the other day.

As for the first email in January, you should already have all the tax credits in regard to the house. I mailed them to you back in January along with my plans to file single.

As to my thoughts on the second, if I had known you were coming down, you could have taken your GGM's sewing machine cabinet and your Mom's dishes, which I have had wrapped and boxed by the back door since December. The few other things of yours that I have found while cleaning I have included in the box. Your Mom's heavy blue blanket, though, I think you had in the trailer. I did not know for sure it was you or the thefts that have been going on in this area. I did tell the Sheriff's office I thought it had been you, but couldn't be sure.

I would appreciate the keys to my truck, and the garage door opener. You say you have no keys to the house, so I will leave it at that.

Aunt Nez came by and showed me that you had signed and returned the papers. We just missed being put in the catalog.I wish you would understand that you can't list the house for what you are willing to take. No one offers the asking price. You have to have some bargaining room. At the Broker's advice ( Nez's boss) I raised the asking price to $299,000. I need to have enough to make a good down on another house.

I rarely return to this site, so if you need to reach me, you will have to do so through either your lawyer or the mail. The mailbox is the same.

No recriminations. No angry threats. Just a simple answer one might send to an impersonal friend. I figure this might keep him awake pondering tonight instead of me.

Tell me your thoughts, oh wise fellow journeyers.
