What do ya think a phone session could accomplish at this point? I mean the ball is in her court and as prideful and stubborn as the W is, I think I might be spending money I DON'T have.
In my case phone sessions have helped accomplish several of the short term goals I set for myself and my sitch. The anger and hatred from my S has been dialed down. The rush to D has slowed giving time for me to deal with the drama and chaos.
We have to set achievable short term goals and adjust our plans accordingly. I’d be lying if I said my ultimate goal wasn’t to establish a new R with my spouse, but that goal is over the ridge and across three rivers. I’ve begun, but I am also still equipping myself for the journey. The phone sessions are part of that.
As country said post, post and post again, read and absorb as much as possible especially when there is little activity in your thread.
