thanks for the check

i'm ok - kind of held hostage at home as s is very sick

h is out west at our home, which is actually nice

when he called last night, i gave a quick hello, handed the phone to our s and did not get back on

it felt weird and i missed him, but i soon got over it

this morning was pretty much the same, although i did let him vent a bit about his studio and band

but for the most part, short and sweet

i feel pretty disconnected from him right now, which i am taking as a good thing
