IB mine chose my polar opposite too: a woman who would sleep with a married man is DEFINITELY my opposite, among all the other things about her. I don't know what kind of story you tell yourself if you're a guy who chooses "that" kind of woman to be with. I guess you tell yourself this grandiose lie that "she broke society's taboo FOR YOU and ONLY YOU..." till she does it again, that is. I mean, it's all lies they tell themselves, and ONE DAY it will all come crashing down on them. It has to. No one can keep up this type of charade forever.
If you feel like you are dying, understand that there is a PART of you that is, the you of the past. You are replacing that woman, the broken and shattered one, with one who is indestructible. Believe me, you are indestructible. You survived this far. You have survived the worst, in my opinion. This is all horrible right now "again" but you're in a better place to handle it. Just keep coming here and talking and you'll get through it.

It's my last night as a married woman. Is it pathetic that I think of that? I emailed H to say I was signing in the morning - He replied "Thank you" / I am giving him the gift of freedom from me and from the beautiful life and family we had built together.
