My experience with a coach was more of an interview. She asked questions and listened to my responses. It was adaptive, she adapted the questions and the responses to what I was provideing, and it filled the time slot. I actually wanted her to read up on my sitch, but that is not the way she works best. You might have a different experience, but I suggest being prepared to discuss your sitch.
