I'm not embarrassed about it.

I just have virtually everyone I know as a friend on facebook. That includes all of my friends, co-workers, family, wifes family, etc.

Some of them know the sitch, but certainly don't want the world to know.

It's only stressful when people ask say things like, "Gee your W must just love your weight loss..."
