Wow, a brand new bouncing baby thread. Damn, he's cute. OK, mission accomplished and nothing to say...as thought that's ever stopped me before! I'll check in later, time to change the threads diapers. New threads are exhausting!
Kat, can you come to my baby thread shower? Bring lots of commas, semi-colons, periods...stuff like that. A new thread just goes through those like toilet paper! Some smiley faces would be nice too, to hang in the threads room. It stimulates his intellectual growth.
Hey, Wii! Awww, isn't he a cute li'l threadikins. Look at dem dimple whimples .~.
So, anyway, hope you're getting sleep and all that good stuff. Have you and your dad and family in my thoughts and prayers.

wii, I had a thought, not sure if your dad would be up for it...
but it might be wonderful if he could tell you and the kids some stories. You have this time; it is hard, but it is also a gift. You could even record it, so you had them. You know that no matter what happens, he will always be with you, alive in you and your memories, your heart. I wish I had some of the stories that I loved to hear my father tell. Even without it saved on "tape," I do remember them...
Whew, long night! The new baby thread had me up numerous times throughout the night crying "I wanna edit button that works". Finally, I gently punctuated him, as he seemed to have gas, and he fell to sleep nicely.

Yes, young threads can be a handful. But it will be well worth it when I see him growing up to be a big thread of over 100 posts. I'll do my best to guide him through it all. Tell him what neighbourhoods to stay out of (like Survivors...sounds too dangerous). But, most of all, advise him to have a big heart and an open thread. He'll make it, I believe!
